This package is designed for the committed player who is determined to reach their peak performance. This includes 8 separate 1-hour sessions at a discounted rate. Typically scheduled once per week.

Bring your friends and teammates to boost the intensity and competition! Numbers of players range from 3 - 6. These sessions will be booked one at a time.

With larger groups, come higher pace of play, replicating game speed, and introducing more game-like scenarios. Numbers of players range from 7 - 12. Sessions will be booked one at a time

Physicality is one o the 4 pillars of performance along with tactics and technique. We will host classes for soccer specific exercises, fundamental body movements and injury prevention.
